• Corporate Solutions
Sapphire Group’s Corporate Solutions Practice works with our clients to set up or expand their corporate structure in Asia. Our Corporate Solutions Team has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, strategic alliances, management buy outs, and divestures. As we are an entrepreneurial organisation, we enjoy coming up with the creative ideas that will make a deal work.

Depending on our clients internal resources, we either manage the entire cycle or only focus on certain areas in which our clients migth lacks the expertise or resources. Especially in areas such as due diligence, negotiations and integration planning have we shown our strenghts as a valuable partner with a huge impact on the success of transaction and its future impact.

Our People Solutions practice is geared towards assisting our clients’ workforce and management team, at all levels, to become more effective, transparant and productive.

In order to achieve this, we focus on solution development and Project Management and where our competitors often use larger teams for certain types of projects, we endeavor to recruit some of your internal resources into our team so that we can transfer our knowledge to your organization from day one.
